Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Vantz Digital LLC collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

01

Who we are

Vantz Digital LLC ("Vantz Digital", "we", "us") is a performance advertising company that generates high-intent inbound calls and verified leads, primarily for the insurance industry. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through vantz.digital (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at george@vantz.digital.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide: when you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also collect business contact details, billing information, and campaign requirements shared with us during the engagement.

Information collected automatically: when you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed, for security, reliability, and aggregate traffic analysis.

Consumer information in campaigns: when we run campaigns, consumers may submit information such as name, contact details, and coverage interest through landing pages or inbound calls. That information is processed to verify intent and deliver qualified leads and calls to the relevant client.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to: respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form; provide, operate, and improve our lead generation and inbound call services; verify and enrich leads so clients receive high-quality records; issue invoices and maintain business records; secure the Site and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information collected through the Site's contact form, and we do not use contact form submissions for unrelated marketing.

05

How we share information

Clients: verified leads and inbound calls are delivered to the client whose campaign generated them, so that client can follow up about the coverage the consumer enquired about.

Service providers: we use processors for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, telephony and call routing, analytics, and payment processing. They may only process information to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

Advertising platforms: we operate campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Google, and TikTok. Those platforms process campaign and measurement data under their own privacy terms.

Legal and corporate: we may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our rights, to protect the safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

06

Cookies and tracking

The Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to operate and secure it, plus any measurement pixels used on campaign landing pages. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some functionality may be affected. Campaign landing pages disclose their own measurement tags where applicable.

07

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months so we can follow up on enquiries and maintain a record of correspondence, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client engagement and billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law, typically seven (7) years.

Consumer lead and call records are retained only as long as needed for verification, dispute resolution, and compliance evidence, and are then deleted or de-identified.

08

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access to our database and campaign tooling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising.

To exercise any right, email george@vantz.digital with the details of your request. We verify requests before acting and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally within thirty (30) days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of the EU or UK may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

10

International transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

11

Children's privacy

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, email george@vantz.digital and we will delete it.

12

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or data handling.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. Updates take effect when posted with a new "last updated" date, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
